All In

Prayer is a ….Mastery
Mastery:  “Aonizomai” – to struggle, to fight, to labor fervently.

Recently,  Pastor Mike shared how prayer is a not only a mystery and  a ministry, it is a mastery.  We must discipline ourselves to this work of the Holy Spirit.  We must yield to Him and allow Him to pray, to groan, to labor through us.  We must partner with God to birth what He is desiring to bring forth on this planet.

Romans 8:26-27 states:
26Likewise the Spirit also helps in our weaknesses. For we do not know what we should pray for as we ought, but the Spirit Himself makes intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered. 27Now He who searches the hearts knows what the mind of the Spirit is, because He makes intercession for the saints according to the will of God.

It is time to groan.  It is time to weep.  It is time to cry out to God until He rains down His righteousness on this earth.  It is time to labor fervently in prayer.  It isn’t time to back down.  It is time to RISE UP!

Fight for your family!  Fight for your church!  Fight for this city!  Fight for your inheritance!  Fight the good fight of faith – on your knees!

We continue to cry out for the One Thing – that I might behold the beauty of the Lord, dwell in His presence and inquire in His temple all the days of my life.  (See Psalm 27:4)

It’s a radical call.

It’s a revolutionary call – if we will embrace.

Are you all in?

I’m all in!  Let’s do this together!
